Blind Assessment
Very sweet; subtle and intricate. Lush star fruit, red currant, honeysuckle, a hint of cinnamon in aroma and cup. Crisp yet juicy acidity; softly plush mouthfeel. Fruit, flowers and cinnamon all carry into a richly and roundly drying finish.
