Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Deep, sweetly pungent. Dark chocolate, banana-like fruit, lavender, malt in aroma and small cup. Heavy, almost fudgy mouthfeel; flavor consolidates in a rich though drying finish. Strong presence in three parts milk: crisp, richly malty chocolate.
