Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet. Apricot- and orange-toned fruit, melon, sweet chocolate, a hint of fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Delicately brisk acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The fruit notes carry into a round, resonant finish.
Notes
This Blue Mountain is produced by Mavis Bank, one of Jamaica’s oldest, most traditional and most respected coffee mills. Mavis Bank coffees grow at some of the highest growing elevations in the Blue Mountains. This is one of Green Mountain’s Special Reserve line of specially sourced, limited edition coffees. Keurig/Green Mountain, formerly Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, pioneered single-serve capsule brewing in the United States with its Keurig brewing system, and remains one of the country’s leading large specialty roasters, offering a particularly wide-ranging variety of origins and roast styles. Who Should Drink It
A solid version of the celebrated Jamaica Blue Mountain profile, with good low-toned fruit and chocolate.
