Blind Assessment
Softly and opulently pungent. Dark chocolate, Concord grape, fresh-cut cedar, hints of vanilla and cinnamon in aroma and cup. Round, rather lush acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a long, resonant finish.
