Blind Assessment
Richly pungent, cleanly fruit-toned. Ripe orange, apricot, fresh-cut fir, a hint of almond in aroma and cup. Tartly juicy acidity; impressively full, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a sweet but gently drying finish.
