Blind Assessment
Intense, complex, gently roast-toned. Sweetly dry berry (black currant), raisin, spicy flowers, dark chocolate in aroma and cup. Delicate, brisk acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flowers, chocolate and black currant carry into a rich finish.
Notes
Unlike most coffees which are carried by ship from origin, this fine Kenya was air-lifted. Despite grower discontent and urban encroachment on prime coffee lands, Kenya continues to produce some of the world’s most elegant and distinctive coffees. AA is the highest trade of Kenya coffee based on bean size and freedom from physical imperfections. CofFeeling is a one-location roaster-café situated adjacent to of one of Taiwan’s most elegantly designed metro stations. Visit www.coffeelingcafe.com or call +886-7-285-5300 for more information.
Who Should Drink It
A roast at the dark end of medium brings the chocolate forward and intensifies the signature Kenya flavor note, a brisk but deeply sweet berry sensation.
