Blind Assessment
Rich, complex, gently tart. Red grape, black currant, dark chocolate and a hint of deeply expressed flowers in aroma and cup. Round, resonant acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a crisp finish.
