Blind Assessment
Sweet, deep, slightly savory, complex. Turbinado sugar, violet and lavender, pineapple, peach, musk in aroma and cup. Rich, round, resonant acidity. Syrupy, lively mouthfeel. The sweetness turns chocolaty and pineapple and lavender notes in particular saturate a rich finish.
