Blind Assessment
Extraordinary authority and complexity. Honey, complexly-expressed flowers – lavender, lilac – candied grapefruit, underlying suggestions of sweet herb. Sweetly and richly bright acidity; buoyantly syrupy mouthfeel. Finishes with immense sweetness enveloping a crisp, drying edge.
