Blind Assessment
Richly pungent. Black currant, fresh-cut cedar, plum, dark chocolate and a hint of night-blooming flowers in aroma and cup. Crisp, dry acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Cedar and black currant in particular carry into a sweet though drying finish.
