Blind Assessment
Richly sweet-savory, spice-toned. Dried fig, pistachio, allspice, narcissus, salted caramel in aroma and cup. Vibrantly sweet-savory structure with juicy acidity; viscous, satiny mouthfeel. The resonant finish consolidates to notes of salted caramel and allspice.
