Vibrant, high-toned, deeply sweet. Candied violet, pomegranate, sandalwood, honey, almond in aroma and cup. Richly sweet structure with bright, citrusy acidity; satiny mouthfeel. Sweetly tart in the short finish and redolent of honey and pomegranate in the long.

This coffee tied for the third-highest rating in a cupping of coffees from U.S. Mountain States roasters for Coffee Review’s October 2018 tasting report.
