Blind Assessment
Nuanced, richly sweet, spice-toned. Mulberry, baking spices, hop flowers, toffee, cedar in aroma and small cup. Sweet-savory structure with juicy, vibrant acidity; lush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, centered around toffee and baking spices.
