Blind Assessment
Vibrantly sweet-tart, balanced. Lemon drop, red currant, cocoa nib, almond butter, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with bright, vibrant acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of citrusy cocoa and red currant.
