Blind Assessment
Richly sweet-savory. Red currant, narcissus, tamarind, cedar, brown sugar in aroma and cup. Bittersweet structure with bright acidity; crisp, velvety mouthfeel. Sweetly tart finish leads with tamarind notes, supported by narcissus and cedar.
