Blind Assessment
Complex, multi-layered, deeply sweet-savory. Myrrh, cocoa powder, black currant, magnolia, sage in aroma and cup. Sparkling acidity; delicate, lithe, silky mouthfeel. Richly aromatic, satisfying finish that fulfills the promise of the cup.
Notes
Produced at Nyeri Hill Estate, from trees of the SL34, SL28 and Ruiru 11 varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Bottom Line
A beautiful classic Kenya profile, a flight of fancy in the cup with wide-ranging aromatics and precise flavors – and a bargain, to boot.
