Blind Assessment
Deep, sweetly and richly bright. Honeysuckle, mulberry, black sage, a crisp hint of roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Brisk, delicately lively acidity; silky/syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a rich, resonant finish.
