Blind Assessment
Complex, elegant, intense. Honey, lavender, roasted cacao nib, blackberry, a hint of ripe lemon in aroma and cup. Brisk but juicy acidity; lightly syrupy, lively mouthfeel. Sweet-toned, deeply flavor-saturated finish.
Notes
Grown by members of the Ruthaka Cooperative, a group consisting of 3,600 farmers and seven processing mills. Despite grower discontent and sporadic social disorder, Kenya continues to produce some of the world’s most elegant and distinctive coffees. Parisi Artisan Coffee is the specialty coffee division of Paris Brothers Specialty Foods, a family-owned business involved in many aspects of the food and beverage industry, including manufacturing, importing and distributing of a wide variety of specialty foods. Who Should Drink It
Fine example of the great Kenya profile: complex, sweet though dry, juicy but grown-up.
