Blind Assessment
Pungently sweet, deeply expressive. Gooseberry, sandalwood, narcissus-like flowers, maple syrup, baker's chocolate in aroma and cup. Sweet in structure with savory resonance; crisp, velvety mouthfeel. The long, quiet finish is flavor-saturated.
