Blind Assessment
Brightly sweet, gently herbaceous. Lemongrass, praline, tangerine, oak, agave syrup in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with vibrant acidity; silky-smooth mouthfeel. The crisply sweet finish consolidates to lemongrass and agave syrup.
Notes
Produced by Santiago Crespo, from trees of the Caturra, Typica, Bourbon and Pacas varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp are removed before drying). Bottom Line
An invitingly herbaceous Ecuador cup with distinct notes of lemongrass and sweet ballast from praline and citrus.
