Blind Assessment
Quite sweet; gently bright. Honeysuckle-like flowers, tangerine, macadamia-like nut, roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Softly bright, quietly juicy acidity; delicately full, silky mouthfeel. Flower, nut and cacao notes all carry into a smooth, sweetly tart finish.
Notes
Produced by small-holding farmers from trees of the traditional Typica variety of Arabica and decaffeinated at the Descamex plant in Mexico by the “Mountain Water Process” which does not involve use of solvents. Roasted at PT’s Coffee, where the motto is “without the love, it’s just coffee.” Visit www.ptscoffee.com or call 888-678-5282 for more information.
Who Should Drink It
Those decaf drinkers who value a delicate but classic traditional American cup, balanced, clean, gently complex.
