Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, citrusy and bright. Orange zest, baking chocolate, agave syrup, lily, cashew in aroma and cup. Tart-leaning structure with brisk acidity; velvety mouthfeel. The gently drying finish consolidates to suggestions of chocolate and lily.
