Blind Assessment
Fruit-centered, crisply chocolaty. Apricot, almond butter, jasmine flower, molasses, fresh-cut fir in aroma and small cup. Sweet structure with gently bright acidity; velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Crisp, chocolaty, nut-toned finish.
Notes
Crafted by Three Keys Coffee for the new Mo’ Better Brews vegan breakfast, coffee and vinyl shop. Comprised of two coffees, a natural-processed Ethiopia and a washed Colombia. Founded in 2019, Three Keys is a craft coffee roastery in Houston, Texas. The company name is inspired by the valves of the trumpet, which has been the instrument of choice for some of the most influential jazz musicians and composers. Three Keys says its coffees “speak a language that’s sophisticated yet accessible to everyone who’s willing to slow down and share a cup.” Visit www.threekeyscoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A chocolaty, fruit-leaning blend with a spicy floral undercurrent.
