Blind Assessment
Intense aromatic complex carries in layered richness from aroma to finish. Cocoa, moist earth and leather, plum, sweetly pungent grapefruit; but you will doubtless find more. Crisp, integrated acidity; buttery mouthfeel. Long, sweet-toned, flavor-saturated finish.
Notes
This superb version of the ancient Mocha-Java blend combines coffees from Northeast Africa in place of the traditional Yemen Mocha with a genuine Java. Keurig/Green Mountain, formerly Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, pioneered single-serve capsule brewing in the United States with its Keurig brewing system, and remains one of the country’s leading large specialty roasters, offering a particularly wide-ranging variety of origins and roast styles. Who Should Drink It
Those drawn to the simultaneously elegant and exotic. Pleasing when taken with whitener, but at its dramatic best black.
