Blind Assessment
Not much in the way of grace notes or fruit, but a very full body and an impressive range and dimension. The finish is rich and deep-toned. Only a trace of Red-Sea wildness from the Yemen.
Notes
A very full body and impressive range and dimension, limited grace notes and fruit. The finish is rich and deep-toned. This Jampit Estate Java may be a cleaner-tasting estate Java than some of the others in the cupping. The "Mocha" is a true Yemen.
Who Should Drink It
Another Mocha-Java for French presses and pear tarts. The massive body should shoulder its way through considerable quantities of milk.
