Blind Assessment
Delicate, resonant, crisply sweet. Bing cherry, hazelnut, baking chocolate, brown sugar, magnolia in aroma and cup. Sweet, gently tart structure with crisp, lively acidity; smooth, velvety mouthfeel. The quiet but long finish centers around notes of baking chocolate, cherry and brown sugar.
