Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, cocoa-toned. Cocoa nib, maple syrup, Meyer lemon, snickerdoodle, oak in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; full, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of cocoa nib and snickerdoodle.
