Blind Assessment
High-toned, balanced. Meyer lemon zest, cocoa nib, red plum, almond brittle, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with brisk acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The sweetly nut-toned finish is redolent of almond butter with undertones of Meyer lemon zest.
