Blind Assessment
Lushly intense floral and lemony chocolate notes carry from aroma into cup. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The spicy, rose-like floral notes deepen to a moist pipe tobacco in the finish.
Notes
Certified organically grown. A tendency to high-toned floral and citrus sweetness has made the wet-processed coffees of the Yirgacheffe region, a lush range of hills in southern Ethiopia, among the world's most distinctive. Lamill is a resolutely high-end retail and wholesale roaster located in the Los Angeles area. Visit
Who Should Drink It
A spicy, tea-rose-like twist to the floral notes and a fuller mouthfeel distinguish this Yirgacheffe from more typical versions of the origin.
