Blind Assessment
Roundly bright, sweet. Black cherry, tangerine, cashew, cocoa powder, pear in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet-tart in structure; satiny in mouthfeel. Cashew and cocoa powder carry into the cleanly balanced finish.

A basket of temperate fruit drives this classically balanced coffee. Lift a cup to its hard-working small-holding producer as you enjoy it.
