Blind Assessment
Quiet, balanced aroma and flavor: roasted nut, cedar, chocolate, a hint of lemon. Rich, lemony acidity. The mouthfeel is full but a little stolid; simple and bittersweet in the finish.
Notes

Who Should Drink It
Heavy body and rich acidity in particular should help flavor pair with sweetener and/or whitener.
