Blind Assessment
Sweetly balanced and round: ripe lemon, nut-toned cocoa, a hint of honeyish flowers in aroma and cup. Soft, berry-toned acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The cocoa carries into a sweet finish with a hint of drying astringency in the long.
Notes
The coffees comprising this blend are certified Fair Trade, meaning they were purchased from small-holding farmers at a "fair" or economically sustainable price. Keurig/Green Mountain, formerly Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, pioneered single-serve capsule brewing in the United States with its Keurig brewing system, and remains one of the country’s leading large specialty roasters, offering a particularly wide-ranging variety of origins and roast styles.
