Blind Assessment
Juicy-tart, bright, vibrant. Pomegranate, neroli, cocoa nib, lemon verbena, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Sparkling acidity; elegantly silky mouthfeel. Flavor-saturated finish centered around notes of pomegranate and cocoa nib.
Notes
Produced by 16 smallholding farmers in collaboration with Terra Coffee SASJBC, entirely of the Pink Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying) and adding a second fermentation step (double-washed). Coffee Roasters’ vision is simple: “Let the coffee lead the way” through sourcing and roasting the best and most unique coffees available and rewarding the farmers who grow those coffees with substantial premiums. Bottom Line
A fun, lively, juicy-bright, richly aromatic, impeccably processed Colombia Pink Bourbon.
