Blind Assessment
Delicately bright, sweetly tart. Apricot, hazelnut, cocoa nib, lemon balm, cedar in aroma and cup. Gently sweet acidity; crisp, syrupy mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned finish supported by notes of hazelnut and lemon balm.
