Blind Assessment
Balanced, bright, fruit-forward. Dried plum, almond, freesia, honey, baking chocolate in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned, round acidity; plush creamy mouthfeel. Especially resonant, flavor-laden finish that fulfills the promise of the cup.
