Blind Assessment
Intensely and lushly pungent. Dark chocolate, cedar, lychee-like fruit, lilac in aroma and cup. Brisk, low-toned but vibrant acidity; full, satiny, lively mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a rich, very mildly drying finish.
