Delicately sweet, citrusy. Dried persimmon, caramel, pecan, orange zest, cane sugar in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart with gentle acidity; full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The gently crisp finish leads with caramel and notes of bittersweet orange zest.

Produced by the Leahy family of Korgua Estate, entirely of the Typica Blue Mountain variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
