Blind Assessment
Sweet, richly nut-toned. Cashew butter, cocoa nib, pear, thyme, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with gentle, round acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Quiet, inviting finish centered around notes of cashew and pear with undertones of cedar.
