Evaluated as espresso. Zesty and rich-toned. Cocoa, orange-zest, apricot, night flowers, cumin and licorice in aroma and small cup. Smooth and lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Richly drying finish with prominent notes of licorice and cumin. Quietly resonant and still zesty in three-parts milk.
