Blind Assessment
Sweetly crisp, pure, delicate. Red currant, bakers’ chocolate, fresh-cut cedar, hints of grapefruit and lily-like flowers in aroma and cup. Lightly expressed, gently bright acidity; light but very silky mouthfeel. Flavor carries almost intact into a resonantly sweet finish.
