Blind Assessment
Chocolaty and very floral. Dark chocolate fudge, vanilla orchid, pink peppercorn, calamansi, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Balanced, high-toned acidity; plush, creamy mouthfeel. Long, inviting, flavor-saturated finish.

Bottom Line
This washed Peru has a dessert-like sweetness coupled with a spice-toned floral nose and a chocolate fudge throughline — decadently rich and harmoniously composed.
