Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, deep-toned. Pecan pralines, date, magnolia, cedar, baking chocolate in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with brisk acidity; satiny mouthfeel. Notes of baking chocolate lead the quiet finish, supported by pecan and cedar.
