Blind Assessment
Chocolaty, deep-toned. Dark chocolate, almond brittle, gardenia, maple syrup, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with gentle, round acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Chocolaty, deeply nutty finish.

Bottom Line
A classic Peru cup driven by chocolate and nut tones, richly sweet and deep, with an especially full, syrupy body.
