Sweet-toned, crisply chocolaty. Baking chocolate, hazelnut, fir, orange zest, marjoram in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Orange zest and baking chocolate lead in the long finish.

Produced by Ricardo Palma, from trees of the Pache, Typica, Caturra, Catimor, and Yellow and Red Bourbon varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
