Blind Assessment
Cocoa-toned, crisply sweet. Cocoa nib, yellow plum, orange zest, cedar, magnolia in aroma and cup. Sweet in structure with crisp, balanced acidity; smooth, silky mouthfeel. Cocoa nib notes carry the finish, with hints of plum and orange zest in the long.
