Blind Assessment
Very sweet-toned aroma with a muted, pungent complexity: hints of semi-sweet chocolate, cedar, cardamom, honey, orange. In the cup simple, gently rich, with distinct semi-sweet chocolate notes and a hint of honey and caramel. Cleanly rich finish.
