Blind Assessment
Gently fruit-toned, wood-framed. Prune, balsa wood, cashew, lemon zest, a hint of gardenia in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with gently bittersweet acidity; velvety mouthfeel. Notes of balsa wood and cashew drive the finish.
Notes
Produced entirely of the Catuaí variety of Arabica and processed by the natural method (beans are dried in the whole fruit). San Francisco Bay Coffee is one of five coffee brands produced by the family-owned Rogers Family Company. Visit www.sfbaycoffee.com or call 800-829-1300 for more information.
Bottom Line
A natural-processed Panama cup with notes of dried fruit, creamy nut, and a hint of gardenia-like flowers.
