Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. High-toned, complex. Dark chocolate, dried apricot, jasmine, cedar, hazelnut butter in aroma and small cup. Very syrupy mouthfeel; crisply fruit-toned finish. In three parts milk, chocolate notes are amplified, as are flowers.
