Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly tart, richly chocolaty. Baking chocolate, raspberry, frangipane, molasses, redwood in aroma and small cup. Plush, syrupy mouthfeel; crisp, chocolaty finish. In three parts milk, chocolate and raspberry notes carry the day, with undertones of redwood.

A blend of washed and natural-processed coffees from Colombia, Costa Rica and Honduras, roasted for espresso applications. Pleasingly rich aromatic wood frames this berry-forward, chocolaty espresso blend, which is most harmonious in cappuccino format.
