Blind Assessment
Evaluated in brew bag format with a steeping time of 5 minutes in 8 ounces of water. Sweetly nutty, crisply caramelly. Cashew butter, caramel, golden raisin, cedar, lemon balm in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with brisk acidy; very full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Gently drying, sweetly nut-driven finish.
Notes
A blend of coffees from three different undisclosed origins. Packaged in brew bag format by Steeped Coffee. Big Creek Coffee Roasters is a small, quality-oriented batch roaster located in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley. Visit www.bigcreekcoffeeroasters.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A straight-ahead blend in brew bag format: balanced and sweet, with a rich nuttiness throughout the profile.
